this is beautiful.
i have this image of having an attic bedroom like that... so that me and my future husband can lay down and be close to a thunderstorm as possible. It reminds me of one of my childhood favorite stories, "A wrinkle in time."
when i went home with my boyfriend, we stopped by his grandparent's home in Atlanta, Georgia. They have bedrooms like this up in their attic.

O dear.. If I have a cozy bedroom in the attic like this, I won't ever leave it except to go to the restroom and to raid the fridge! :o)
