Hallo Geisslein,
Good looking loft indeed. However, better to look at it than to live there. Five flights of stairs, no lift, hot water dribbling, not enough pressure. Cold water dribbling, too.
Heating: tepid, sometimes. And in Summer: roof not sufficiently insulated, 45°C, you are living nearby a roaring portable airconditioner.
A loft: wonderful to look at.
